Shipping Policy:
Inform us immediately after you have finished shopping so we know when to schedule your shipment.  We will not ship before we hear from you to ensure that you are able to receive the package.
We ship Monday through Thursday with FedEx Priority Overnight delivery.
Signature of acceptance required.  Carrier will not release package without signature.  If no one can accept shipment at your destination, you have the option use the FedEx Hold Station nearest to you.

Shipment to Continental US destinations only. We do not ship Live Coral to Hawaii, Alaska, or international.

You are welcome to bid on more corals that end on different days up to one week a part.  We will only hold on to won corals for one week or until following week Thursday.
D.O.A. Policy:
Contact us immediately via E-mail if you have problem with shipment.  We will require a picture of the dead coral to issue a refund.  After approving your D.O.A., we will quickly correct the problem.
