    Description

This vintage Amdek Digital Video Multiplexer DVM Card board for an Apple II computer provides RGB color output for a color monitor. It’s one I picked up decades ago at a computer store clearance sale mistakenly thinking it was a RAM expansion card. It has a 16-pin connector on the front and a 14-pin one at the rear. Some of the chips have 1982 date codes. As can be seen in the photos it’s quite dusty and I think it was probably that way when I bought it. It has no labels and a knowledgeable Apple II enthusiast has been kind enough to tell me what it is. It originally came with two small satellite printed circuit boards that attach to the connectors and also to certain chips on the motherboard. Unfortunately I don’t have those so this DVM is incomplete. Another Apple II enthusiast has written a detailed blog post about installing this card and the satellite PCBs.
If you're dissatisfied with this DVM card in any way, you can return it in the same condition in which you received it within 30 days for a full refund.  Shipping will be by USPS First Class Mail with no additional handling charge.
