We ship Next Day Air, Monday through Thursdaywith typical arrival by 10:30am to 3:30pm.  We ship Priority Overnight flatrate .Shipment to contiguous U.S. only.
We do offer combined shipping for multiple items. It willbe adjusted for box size and weight.
The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mailcontaining your tracking number.  We do not require signature for delivery;however, Buyer must receive delivery on First attempt or Live Arrival Guaranteewill be voided.  You must acclimate your animals as soon as the package isdropped off as the longer the coral remains in the bag, the more stressed theybecome.
We cannot be held responsible for mechanical, or weatherdelays incurred by the carrier that may cause your shipment to arrivelate.

In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead onArrival), contact us within 2 hours of delivery (carrier posted time) via emailand include a clear digital photo of the dead coral.  Please do notdispose of the animal without our authorization; doing so will void theguarantee. After approving the DOA, a credit will be issued towardsa future purchase, minus shipping charges, and applied to your nextshipment. We do not offer refunds only credit towards futurepurchase.  Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.
Wedo not accept returns. Do not ship the item back.
Please keep in mind that the lighting (color/intensity)varies in every photo. The frag you receive may look slightly different in youraquarium than ours. We keep our frags mostly under led lights. Additionally,shipping stresses corals out; some may darken/lighten and may take several daysto several weeks to color back up. Coral can fall off plug during shipping,which is perfectly normal; please use a coral-safe glue to reattach. Dead coralhas no tissue, and the exposed skeleton will be white.
