Shipping Prices:
1 shipping fee for as many items as you purchase
Free Local Pickup / Florida Shipping / Out of State Shipping
All Auctions show a shipping fee and we will combine and adjust your invoice the
morning
after the auctions end so there is only 1 shipping fee for all your items.
Shipping Days:
We will ONLY ship your order on the day you specify.
These are live corals and we will not ship until we hear from you.
ALL orders must go out within a week of the auctions ending.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
You must be present for the First Attempt of Delivery. If you are not home or if you provided us with an improper address and the shipment does not get delivered on the first attempt then our Live Arrival Guarantee is then void.
Pictures of the dead specimen in its sealed shipping bag must be forwarded to us within 2 hours of the package getting delivered to you or the fedex office that the shipment is being held at.
Live arrival is not guaranteed if your weather is below 30 degrees anytime from when the shipment goes out to when its received.
All DOA refunds will be in the form of Store Credit - No Exceptions - No Cash Refunds.
There is no refund/credit for the cost of shipping due to DOA.  This cost is paid to FedEx and cannot be recovered.
All Credits will be good for up to 1 year from when they are issued.
