All orders sold after 8:00 am Mountain time will ship the next morning with overnight delivery. Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. In the event that there is
inclement weather that could delay shipping, we will contact you and setup an alternate shipping date
Local pickup in the Denver Colorado area is available, contact us to set up a pickup time.
Shipping Policy
All live items are shipped by Fedex through Priority Overnight Service, Monday-Wednesday and usually arrive by 12:00 pm Local Time. We are also happy to ship to your work or office. Certain remote areas are delivered later in the day.  We use specific packing means necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your live coral. In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must send a very clear digital photo within 2 hours of delivery. We may ask for you to ship back the deceased animal, so please do not dispose of it. Once we receive the digital photo, and we receive the deceased coral (if applicable), we will issue a refund upon review. Refunds are issued based on circumstances and are at the discretion of our team, Refunds are not guaranteed.
At this time we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or any US territories.
We cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your Fedex shipment to arrive late. We can hold corals for up to one week once payment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Beyond that, we are not responsible for the coral, and cannot guarantee replacement of the same coral purchased. This Item is considered perishable, perishable items cannot be insured with FedEx. FedEx will not review or consider claims on perishables.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
