Commodore A2065 ethernet card REV 3 for Amiga systems
Found in a cleanout of someone who worked at the University of Massachusetts; Lowell campus.
There was no documentation with this.
Most the cards I have found were prototypes. I do not know if this is a pre-production or released card.
May be missing parts, may be a working prototype, may have issues.
