Description:
AVR (ATMEGA8) based Commodore 64 / C64 mouse port adapter.   Allows the use of a common (cheap) PS/2 mouse with your Commodore 64 / C64 computer.
Emulates Commodore 1351 mouse.
Adapter can be used with all software which supports the Commodore 1351 mouse
Case is 3D printed in PLA.
Usage:
Plug adapter into C64 joystick port 1.
Plug PS/2 mouse into adapter.
Modes:
At the time the Commodore 64 is booted, holding various mouse buttons on the PS/2 mouse will change the operational mode of the adapter. Holding the mouse button for several seconds after turning on power is required.
No mouse button – boots adapter in 1351/Mouse normal movement rate
Right mouse button - boots adapter in 1350/Joystick mode
Left mouse button – boots adapter in 1351/Mouse fast movement mode
Middle mouse button - boots adapter in 1351/Mouse slow movement mode
Changing Mode After Boot:

Hold reset button on the adapter
·
Press mouse button on the PS/2 mouse while still holding reset button
·
Release reset button on adapter
·
Continue to hold the mouse button for several seconds
·
Release mouse button
