Shipping is Fedex Priority Overnight. Standard 2 Hour DOA. Delivery must be accepted on first attempt. If a coral is doa please send a clear photo within 2 hours of delivery. If coral is deemed dead we will replace or issue a credit for coral only. Shipping charges are not refundable and buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
We ship Mon-Thurs most weeks. Corals can only be held for one week unless prior arrangements have been made. After this time period we are not responsible for any loss.
